Summary
Summary: Excellent scenes, US soldiers in snowy, damaged village talk and rest. They inspect each other's white camouflaged suits made from sheets and lace tablecloths taken from civilian homes. MS, bulldozer clears snow from road, soldiers walk behind, a tankdozer passes. Seq: German prisoners watch as bodies of Americans are dug up from frozen grave. (Some 200 Americans have been tortured and killed by the Germans.) Ext. LSs, bomber squadron in flight.
