Excellent scenes, Gen Mark W Clark in jeep rides thru streets of Rome and is greeted by cheering civilians. Various MSs, CUs, children and adults destroy Facist signs on bldg. vs, US armored vehicles and trucks loaded with US troops pass thru various sections of city. INV 1982, SURRENDER OF GERMAN GEN RAMCKE, Brest, France; Sept 44 (M-667) Seq: Gen Ramcke accompanied by two German officers and an Irish setter surrenders to Maj Gen Troy H Middleton, CG VIII Corps.
